Hi, the Wifi works but isn't high speed connection, there's not safes in the loft, we have cameras inside de building. yes you can change the second guest everytime you need, but we have a different politics for all that visitors.

Great location

Hotel was in an excellent location right by the clock Tower. Room was spacious with a small balcony and had a nice little kitchen with full size sofa bed. No restaurant but lots of places to eat within steps. Decoration was nice

The biggest issue was that the main bed’s mattress was hard as a rock so we did not have a restful sleep. Asked the lobby for a mattress pad but they had none.

The location is very convenient, main sightseeing doable by foot. Great shower in the room. Elevator available

Breakfast is not available and we rented two apartments with 2 bedrooms each, but there is no privacy within the two beds, one in from of the other and one bed was a sofabed that was quite hard.

Decent and clean stay in a central location, but no frills.

It’s centrally located on the edge of the walled old town and gentsemani, another historic neighbourhood

It’s more basic than it looks, with no real common areas. The rooms are poorly insulated so a fair amount of noise from other guests.

Great location.

Great location, some great staff, big rooms.

Felt like we had been scammed a little as we asked for some laundry to be done and they overcharged us by a lot compared to their listed prices - turns out it’s because they had to send it to an external place, but they didn’t explain this when they took the laundry originally. The two gentlemen staff were lovely though the majority of others on the desk weren’t too friendly. Also the swimming pool is more of a large shower tray and you can’t swim in it… Despite this, pretty good value for money.

The location is perfect and the staff members are always friendly, helpful and nice to you.

The only downside is that our room was on the 4th floor and it was close to the bar next door which it was hard to sleep right away due to the noise but other than it was a nice stay.

Impossible to sleep without ear plugs

The location was very central

We were waken up by an after party at 6 am on the neighbouring terrace, which was on the other side of the bedroom wall. Our apartment was ridiculously noisy. You could hear everything from the street below. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Amazing location and good hotel for travelers that are not picky!

Location could not be better, highly recommend for people that want to explore the walled city and Rosario Islands (Muelle La Bodeguita is only 5min walking distance). We arrived earlier and staff was really kind to allow us to enter our room before check in time. Although the hotel area is noisy, the windows seemed sound proof and really helped to make the room quiet. The shower was amazing!!

Sofa-bed was uncomfortable and had a really bad smell of sweat. Walls are thin so we could hear other guest's intimate moments. Kitchen appliances were not good, electric oven is really slow and it took me almost 1 hour to cook a simple pasta. It didn't have any appliances to make coffee so we had to use instant coffee.

Loved my stay, it was so close to everything!

The hotel is very well located; it's less than a minute away from the Clock Tower and many other sites. The facilities are very modern and nice; the bedroom decoration was beautiful and they provided accessible cleaning services. The view from the terrace is incredible and the staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful during my stay.

The pool seemed bigger in the pictures; however, it was still nice. The bathroom flooded a little when showering. The guest policy and some extra charges were not very clear, which ended in some awkward conversations; I wish the staff would have been more clear about this since the beginning.

The location, staff and price make it all worthwhile

The location was excellent. Cindy at the front desk was the best feature of the property. she has excellent English and was very friendly and helpful. I would go back again just to see Cindy.

there is no closet and you can only stand upright in a small area of the bedroom. The bed was comfortable though.
